Im not felling very at all (depressed)?

So I been felling very depressed lately. I fell like i cant do anything right. I rent a bedroom. and have no car and work in this chicken place. I pay about $500 dollar rent for the place. the sad thing I'm 49 years old. and single I have 8 kids one of my kid is 5 years old but he lives with his dad. he only comes see me sometimes about once a month. and my other kids are 19 to 32. I have 10 grand kids. but i still fell very depressed. my blood purase is always high. i have no health issuance. the only think that makes me fell better is drinking beer from bolivia. becuase I'm from their. but i still fell depressed and what can i do to fell better
