If i transfer colleges for division 1 athletics after the first semester will I be able to play that same year?

You need to talk with the school you want to transfer to and the school you are currently attending. If you are at one college, already on a team, and attending cles, the athletic director or the head coach of your sport may have to release you to be eligible to play a sport at another college. Every school is different but overall there are general guidelines they have to follow.
