80's Movie about highschool?

So a while back i saw this movie about kids going into high school , there was a blonde girl trying to lose her virginity and she did at a baseball field, also there was a guy that worked at a fast food restaurant, and also in the movie all the guys going into high school were getting beat up , like hazing or something like that, i have to find a movie for a project and i want to do this one cause it fit the criteria
