Ah! I left my pot roast out all night...is it still okay to eat?

I made a rump roast in the crock pot yesterday, we ate at 7pm and in the hubbub to get my little one to bed, I left it out all night. Is it still safe to eat if I refrigerate it now? I can't believe I'll have to throw the whole thing away!!
