Do i need a transit visa?

Hi! I am going back to Myanmar from London by taking two different airlines. From london, I'll take Gulf air to Bangkok. And I'll take connection flight from there to myanmar. Do I need a transit visa at Bangkok airport? I only need to wait 4hrs for connection flight and don't have luggages to claim.
