Why USA don�t stop Chavez�s from aggressions to our country?and to the people of Venezuela.?

Chavez is promoting comunist party in venezela, I think it is very dagerous for united stes of america, and all Latin America; what is there to be done? Is U.S.A doing anything, the should as did with Noriague of Panama.
