Which MTV show is this?

I remember an MTV tv show where people would be selected to dress up as a famous celebrity and do an exact shot for shot replica of their music video. It was kind of lame but I really really want to find it! This one episode they did an episode of replicating Mandy Moore's music video and it was really awful but I still want to find out what it was called. Also, it was probably in the 1999s-2004 ish.
