Question about USA emby !?

I used to live in New York but recently I came to sydney . My husband is a student here in Sydney . He has a student visa . But we recently got married here in Sydney . Well I am gonna apply for him next month so that he can go to USA with me .So my question is where his interview will take place ? Such as his native country Bangladesh or here in Sydney ? Really will appreciate your answers :)
