How do the presidents of Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and Venezuela feel about the new president?

My opinion is that they are happy . Obama does not have experience when it comes to foreign affairs . Like Biden stated he will be tested and Russia already wants to test Obama . Its pretty scary if you ask me .
