DEP blocking Windows Explorer?!?

Click Start > Run and type "sysdm.cpl". Hit Enter. Click the Advanced tab, and click Settings under Performance. Click the "Data Execution Prevention" tab. Click "Add" and locate C:\Windows\Explorer.exe. Click OK.
