Audition for HUGE theatrical program at our school?

I have no idea why you would dance during a singing audition haha, but acting wise it doesn't need to be a huge scene. I mean if you work on your character and status I feel like you don't need to do much. Don't try and act out everything or move because you think you are supposed to move. try and stay in one place and move or make motions only when you feel necessary. I feel like it will be mostly about the singing and you will be able to do more acting in your monologue (i ume they'll have you perform one) but ya do which ever one you feel you can "sell" the best.
